In the movie, Forensic intelligence links an Mi6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti; apparently, the Mi6 traitor has been stashing lots of money in a Haitian bank.

James Bond (Daniel Craig) goes to Haiti to investigate. This is where he meets the new Bond girl Camille, portrayed by actress Olga Kurylenko.
