Little Haiti's 16 Million $$ Cultural Center opens the door to Haitian Cinema
(BELFIM.COM) January 08, 2010 - The 16 Million $$$ Little Haiti Cultural Center opens its doors to Haitian Films with Haitian Cinema Nights starting on Saturday January 23rd and 24th, 2010, and running every week-ends (Sat & Sun). The Haitian American Association of Filmmakers reached an agreement with the Center to run the best Haitian films there on a regular basis. "Dyab Baba", the new movie by Raynald Delerme will kick off the venture. Many members of the Haitian Cinema Industry are supposed to attend this kick-off, including several actors from that movie. The Little Haiti Cultural Center is just an incredible place, according to the President of the Haitian American Association of Filmmakers, Mr Raynald Delerme. The movie theater holds 250 seats and has the latest state of the art facilities.
