Haitian Producers and Actors

I can not give you an across the line answers because there are specific categories as to what actors get paid. Let me first say that the Haitian movie industry is no different than other movie industries.

Here is how it works.

An actor gets paid according to the popularity of that actor.

To become popular, one needs to get his or face and acts on screen.

So when one first starts out, one often participates almost for free. Some producers like me, who know that their name alone as producer director will sell, often may more to begining actors even though they are not known.

Remember that lots of new producers dont have outside financing to do their movies.

That's why they use friends and people who are willing to work for free or to be paid when the movie comes out. Do you know that in Miami, a producer can get some of the most beautiful girls on earth in their movies as extras for $75.00 to $150.00 per day?

About the roles that I play, let me tell you that there are no bad roles in the business.

It takes a lot to be a vilain.

Now having lots of girls in a movie does not make that a bad role. I hope I answered your questions.
